Website for the Online Learning Platform of Public Design Support St. Pauli
Visit the Website here
To make the knowlege and experience from our work at "Public Design Support St. Pauli" accessible, we designed the website "How to Gestaltungsberatung".
We produced the content and design. In the audio lab we recorded a one-hour audio stream which is at the same time the navigation of the website. Visitors can download learning material and theory and print it at home.
With: Tina Henkel, Dennis Nedbal, Felix Egle, Marie Theres Böhmker and Jesko Fezer.
Programmed by Jana Reddemann. Supported by HFBK Hamburg and HOOU.
40 Metre Long Printing Parade Against Facism
Printing performance for the memorial in process at the concentration camp Neuengamme. The print is saying "We wish you lots of power and persistence in the fight against Facism!". We gave the prints to visitors and collected money to start the building process.

3D Posters Invite People to Contribute to the 24-Hours Time Capsule Open Call
These posters announced the 24hours open-call for the time capsule as well as the burying ceremony.
With their futuristic laser technique and material and the uncommon display-inspired format
and screenshot-inspired layout, they teased people to get more informations and participate in the
open call by sending screenshots.
A City Map Designed with and for Refugees
The Welcome to Halle map is a visual tool to enable the users to orientate and find
access to the city. It is mainly addressed to refugees. 59 first contact points
like voluntary language courses, libraries and guest student offers are clearly marked
on the map combined with explanations in Arabic, English and German.
This information gives an overview and helps to discover the city independently.
We offered a city tour, too. There was a great response, around 80 people took part and
during the tour interested inhabitants of Halle joined.

Writing, Organizing and Designing a New Magazine between Art and Design
»Simple« – what is the meaning of this word and how would it be
interpreted in art and design? This multifaced term includes far
more than just the Bauhaus concept and plays a major role in what we see today.
We collected not only a lot of different modern positions but also the historical
background in over 20 stories. The magazine is sold in more than
30 stores in Europe and New York.
The magazine was made by our team of five. Together we created the
whole magazine: the concept, the research, the writing, the designing as
well as observing the printing process, selling and promoting the magazine.
My task was mainly interviews, writing articles and coordinating all the text material
as well as research and holding contact to designers and artists. I also took care
of the offset printing process and designed the cover.

An Editorial Fashion Shooting without Models
This fashion shoot is focused on details, structures, colors and textures.
It is inspired by concrete art and the painter Carmen Herrera.
The idea was to do a minimalistic fashion shoot without models.
By combining two pieces in every image a circular flow of cloth is created.

An Independent Publication to Represent Fashion Students Individually
We designed this large-sized publication together with the fashion students.
This project is motivated by their wish to represent their understanding
of fashion and their own collections in an independent, professional way.
We came up with this concept where every fashion designer has their own double page
and curates their own selection of images. With a very strict layout we ensured
that the outcome looks still consistent. There is a complex calculation of black-
and-white and colorful pages to lower the printing costs.

A Selection of my Poster Designs
I enjoy working in a collaborative and interdisciplinary way. Speculative design and political design theory are my current field of interest. I like to include my network of friends form different creative fields.
At the moment I am working as a self-employed designer and I am doing my master degree in experimental and social design at HFBK Hamburg.
Let's get in contact :)
